This game appears to be wearing most all of its original paint, even on the legs. The cabinet has been cleaned and detailed, but the original paint scheme was not disturbed.
As you can see from the pictures this one is all original with all wood cleaned and in great shape. The 1957 Deluxe came with all wood trim and control panel but used metal legs.
Generally considered to be the most memorable and "classic" of the 1950's Williams pitch and bat games. This game is a single player game with one pitch selection. The place is a reminder of simpler times and really hasn't changed that much in the last 30 years or so. I spent a good bit of time in this exact arcade as a kid. The last photo shows a long row of these Pitch and Bats still in use at the Fun Plaza Arcade located in downtown Myrtle Beach, SC.
